Penick Woodlands, the first phase of the reinvention and redesign of our community, will provide 11 single-family homes, a new apartment building with more living choices (six different apartment plans) and a community house that will expand and enhance the services and amenities now offered. These new single-family homes offer a choice of three different floor plan options—the Dogwood, the Magnolia, and the Longleaf—and five different exterior designs. You’ll enjoy the large front porch, rear two-car garage, a well-manicured lawn and housekeeping service—all in a naturally beautiful, secure and maintenance-free neighborhood.
