To apply for volunteer opportunities at Penick Village, please call the individual listed for the specific volunteer position. Each volunteer applicant will need to complete a volunteer application. All volunteer applicants will be screened and selected for an interview based upon your qualifications matching the specific needs for the volunteer position. Volunteers may be required to receive a TB skin test before beginning their volunteer position.
Currently, Penick Village is seeking a volunteer for the following positions:
Title: Office Volunteer
Location: Penick Village Development Office
Hours: 4-6 hours per week during evenings and/or weekends
Duties: Administrative duties for the Development Office. Responsibilities would include: data entry into our donor database, generate acknowledgement and thank you letters, assist with mass mailings, prepare informational folders for presentations, and other miscellaneous office tasks.
Required Skills: The ideal candidate would have basic computer skills, good grammar, and enjoy performing easy yet repetitive tasks. This individual must be trustworthy, dependable, and caring.
