Capital Campaign

Right now is one of the most exciting times at Penick Village since we first opened our doors in 1964. The focus on our uncompromising vision of deinstitutionalizing the aging experience is to enhance our services to the wonderful people who live at Penick Village. By implementing a relationship-based service model we are better able to support older adults in living their lives to the fullest.

To accomplish these progressive plans the Penick Village Board of Directors has approved a Capital Campaign to build and transform the Penick Village campus. The Capital Campaign goals include:

To raise funds for construction of four Garden Cottages to replace our current facilities for our assisted-living and skilled nursing residents.
To provide financial support for construction of a centrally located Village House that will unite the campus and serve as a welcome gateway for the community.
To grow our Endowment Fund to continue to provide the resources to support our Benevolent Assistance program.

In order to meet the changing needs of our elders today Penick Village is changing too. We need your support to help make this happen.
