Penick Village is in the planning process of building a new community center, which we call the Village House. This will serve as the central hub of our campus—both for our residents and members of the greater Southern Pines area.
The Village House will include classrooms for lifelong learning, multipurpose rooms to be used for tai chi classes or large parties. This new 32,000-squarefoot building will host several dining venues, convenience store, game room, cinema, beauty shop, and library—to name a few.
